60% Strawberry mint dark chocolate (Ecuadorian cocoa beans & cocoa butter, unrefined Colombian organic  sugar, dehydrated mint, freeze dried strawberries) house made strawberry leather.
 
ABOUT THE BAR
With all the commotion of 2020 and 2021 we figured "Strawberry Fields Forever" needed a rebrand. After purchasing 40 lbs of rescued strawberries from Bulich Creekside Farm, the new idea for this bar was born. This extra dark fresh mint infused chocolate is topped with pieces of freshly dehydrated strawberry fruit leather. With "rescue" being the theme, we will be contributing 5% of the sales for this bar to Free Food Fridge, a local organization that collects food for neighborhoods suffering from food apartheid.
