What's YOUR alias? In mid 2020, Hernan of Alias Coffee and I decided to start a coffee and chocolate stand on a busy interstate road in Troy NY. Several months later we wouldn't have expected to be opening a combined chocolate shop and espresso bar in Downtown Troy. Hernan's goal is to sustainably source coffee and provide above average wages to his farmers: a mission that is beautifully synergistic with our own. This bar is a testament to our ongoing friendship and collaboration. Enjoy and savor deeply.
