Cacao flakes are an unrefined alternative to cocoa powder made from the pure cacao pressings of cocoa butter production. We source our cacao from regenerative forest farms in Latin America that aim to build soil and increase biodiversity. 
 
Use in baking one-to-one to cocoa powder but keep in mind that it has a higher % of cocoa butter which will lead to a fudgier consistency than you might be used to. It's different, it's packed full of B-vitamins and give it a try <3
