The rabbit hole of "where our food comes from" seems to spiral down endlessly. As an anthropology grad turned chocolatier, with an interest in Ethnobotany and cuisine, the history, allegories, religious, culinary and medicinal uses of plants continue to fascinate me. Especially when it comes to chocolate.
